About printing on the glass
There are two types of glass printing:
・ Flat glass printing such as touch panels and glass for residential building materials
・ Curved glass (2.5D, 3D) printing such as instrument panels for automobiles and cover glass
* Resin molded products are also available.
Flat glass printing
We have demo machines that can print from □ 150mm to 750 x 1050mm, such as small panels for smartphones, panels for tablets, and large panels for building materials.
Curved glass printing
In recent years, automobile instrument panels have tended to have curved surfaces and larger sizes to make them easier to see.
We provide a curved printing machine that can evenly apply film thickness with a unique technology (PAT.P).
Among them, the curved surface printing machine MTU-1300AL supports not only flat surface printing but also curved surface (concave convex surface) printing, and can print glass and resin substrate up to 800mm x 300mm.
* Consultation is possible even if the maximum printing range is exceeded.
