What's COF?

COF stands for Chip on Film, which is a technology for mounting chip components such as IC chips on the film.

We have highly productive reel-to-reel screen printer in our product lineup that is capable of printing electronic circuits on films such as polyimide film etc. Conductive adhesive such as ACF has been used as a standard way to date for mounting parts on the films, but thanks to latest technology, another way is going to take the place of the standard way.

We have taken such technology before others and are proposing a whole process that enables screen-printing electronic circuit on the film, photo-sintering, solder-printing, mounting component and reflowing even on a heat sensitive material.
