A screen printer that can apply electrodes, dielectrics, barrier rib laminates, and phosphors to 6th generation large glass substrates with high accuracy.
The basement and even the squeegee unit are made of highly rigid castings, enabling high-quality, highly reliable printing. In-line combination with an automatic board transfer system is also possible.
- Low printing pressure printing by air balance method.
- Ultra-high rigidity (main structural part-made of iron or aluminum casting).
- Automatic alignment by image recognition using 4 special cameras.
- Roll conveyor type substrate supply device and discharge device can be attached.
